I need to tell you what happened yesterday because I still can't quite believe it.
We launched the Skills Pack with a hard limit of 300 spots at $39. And decided if we hit 300 the price was going to $50 and that was the plan.
By the time I went to sleep last night we had blown past 300. By the time I woke up this morning we were over 500.
Five hundred people in under 24 hours.
And here is the part that got me. Even with a broken link going out in the first email, even with people hitting dead ends and error pages, even with the Beehiiv issue that had me responding to emails one by one all day — people still came back. They emailed me directly. They waited for the fix. They came back and bought anyway.
Lynne emailed me and said the links weren't working but she'd like to buy. Arjun sent me a screenshot of the error and asked for the direct link. Greg from Icon Meals reached out the same way. Derrik in Germany. Michael. Ivan. Chris. One after another after another, people who wanted this enough to track down a working link instead of just giving up.
That doesn't happen if people don't trust you. And that trust is not something I take lightly.
So here's what I decided this morning.
The price stays at $39. I'm not raising it. Not today. Not because of a limit we already blew past. This community showed up for me yesterday in a way I didn't expect and this is how I show up back.
